Donna Flynn Memorial Trophy
In 2023 Jayde Calisthenic Club lost our co-founder Donna Flynn. Donna’s passion for calisthenics was evident in her commitment of significant time and energy to building a successful club. To read more about Donna Click Here
Regrettably, Donna was not with us to celebrate our inaugural solo competition; a competition she passionately advocated for. Jayde Calisthenic Club Solo Competition would like to express our gratitude to Donna’s loving family, her husband Paul, daughters Monica and Sophie, sisters Wendy and Paula, as well as her mother Janet, for donating the Donna Flynn Memorial Trophy in her honour.
In 2024 the Donna Flynn Memorial Trophy was presented by her daughters, Monica and Sophie, to the winner of the Senior Graceful Open/Open Reserve section, Marlee-Shae. In the same section for 2025, Donna's daughter Monica was awarded first place for another stunning performance in this beautiful section. In 2026, we are thrilled that Monica was once again awarded first place for her stunning Senior Graceful performance. We congratulate both Marlee-Shae and Monica and look forward to presenting this beautiful memorial in 2027.
