Uniform

Classes

Our class uniform consists of a plain black dance leotard. Some students may prefer to wear optional extras along with their leotard such as black dance tights (footless or stirrup are both acceptable), black capri leggings or black shorts. In addition, in the cooler months students may choose to wear a black crossover or similar well fitted long sleeve top. Loose garments are not suitable for calisthenics as they present a risk when working with aparatus such as rods and clubs. 

We also have our own range of activewear approved for classes that can be purchased online once our annual uniform orders open. Black leotards and dancewear can be purchased from any online retailer such as Energetiks and Capezio, as well as local dance stores.

Competitions

Jayde Calisthenic Club tracksuit and t-shirt are required to be worn to all competitions. Our tracksuits and activewear are made by local Victorian company Flyhisports. Information and details on how to order via our online store are sent to all club members during Term 1 for mid-year delivery.
